Luxury
tented accommodations provide breathtaking views of Mt. Kilimanjaro.
Stefano Cheli's mother has trained the staff to serve Italian style meals - the best safari cooking in East Africa. |
Amboseli is home to over 1000 elephant, black rhino, herds of zebra and wildebeest and their predators, and 300 species of birds. |
Mara
Camp - situated within the protected Koyaki wilderness
area, adjoining the Masai Mara National Reserve, Kenya's best known Game
reserve, but on a private concession away from other lodges. This
is an excellent location from which to view the annual migration
of wildebeest and zebra.
This is a traditional safari camp; shaded by an indigenous forest of mature trees. The the camp looks out on an endless vista of plains game . The 6 traditional safari tents are comfortable and spacious with en-suite hot showers, safari 'short-drop' toilets, washroom and dressing area. Evenings by the campfire overlooking the plains, lit only by the soft glow of hurricane lamps and dinner under the stars are a special feature. This is an original bush camp. Here you leave the modern world behind and relax with nature, evenings bathed in the soft light of hurricane lamps, no generators, no vehicles passing, just the sights and sounds of the bush. Sitting around the campfire enjoying the sounds of the African night you will feel as if you are 'on safari' and not just staying in the Mara! Extensive
Game Drives each day and some night game drives make game viewing a complete
experience. Walking is possible with experienced guides.
With
only 6 double ensuite tents this is the most exclusive camp in the Mara.
